1.27 Group
Let’s show God’s love by serving single moms and widows on a monthly basis, and while doing this, build friendships and encourage each other to live out James 1:27 – “to care for orphans and widows.”On the 2nd Saturday morning of the month, the 1:27 group meets together for a brief devotional time and updates. After this, we will split into their serving teams and help with basic chores and/or childcare for the women being served. At the end, teams spend some time visiting with and praying for the women and their families. No special skills are needed to participate. Let’s follow God together by serving others together!
