For the next 16 weeks, you’ll get personalized coaching over zoom to take you from where you are today to where you want to go.

RESOURCES: Downloadable tools and templates to set you up to win as a leader, equipper . . . and developer

COACHING:

Initial call to assess where you are and where you want to go

Weekly 40-minute calls (via zoom) learning the framework

Each week, you’ll work the pipeline with your teams + report back on your progress

WHAT YOU WON’T BE GETTING:

A complicated model that doesn’t actually work

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Commitment: It’s a 16-week initial commitment. Towards the end of the 16 weeks, we’ll both have a sense of whether we want to keep working together or not.

The Time: On our coaching calls, we’ll work an action plan. You’ll need to have at least 2-4 hours a week to implement the plan to get the impact you’re looking for.

The Money: It’s $250/wk x 16 weeks.
