newlife missions builds long term relationships with partners to make a lasting impact.
April 24 - May 3, 2025
newlife Women’s Trip
Approx. $3,600 (Deposit $200)
The team will primarily visit Le Bon Samaritan School, located in the capital city of Dakar. Newlife Bremerton has been partnering at LBS for several years now, sponsoring children there and helping them obtain and refurbish a new building! The school is located in a particularly impoverished part of Dakar, but the Christian school is known for its excellent education and encouraging environment. Muslim families want their kids to go to this school because they know the quality is so high. Every day the team will go to the school to spend time with the children, help teach lessons in the classrooms, and spend time encouraging the staff and teachers.
Goal: Continue to strengthen the relationship between newlife and Le Bon Samaritan.
May 16-27, 2025
YOUNG ADULT MISSIONS TRIP
Approx. $1,600
TRIP LEADS: HAILEY & MICAH MARTIN
The team will stay in Antigua, Guatemala, a beautiful mountain city that is a popular tourist destination. A colonial city complete with cobblestone streets (making for bumpy car rides!) and incredible cafes on every corner, Antigua seems like a perfect vacation getaway. Just on the edges of the city, however, are impoverished neighborhoods where people are in need. HOPE is located in San Antonio Aguas Calientes. A feeding center ministry that is much more. Children from the neighborhood can take English and Music classes, have help with their schoolwork, and attend sports camps every week. We will assist HOPE while we are there in their kids ministry. Lastly, we will be building a home for a family in need that is connected the Serve HOPE. On Thursday night the team will get to attend The Worship Room, an independent worship ministry reaching the unreached in Antigua.
Goal: Create lasting relationships with children and ministry partners at HOPE while sharing the gospel.
